For professionals
A checked listing, and a workspace for the households who choose you.
For accountants, tax advisors, planners and other financial professionals in the United Arab Emirates, India and the United States. Apply once; AccountHouse checks who you are and the licences you hold; then publish a profile and work with households on what they choose to share.
How joining works
Step 1: Create your account
Choose individual or firm, your kind of work and your country, confirm your email and set a password. It is separate from any AccountHouse household account, even with the same email.Step 2: Apply
Add your identity document and the licences and memberships you hold, with the documents a reviewer needs. A firm adds its registration and its licences.Step 3: Get checked
A reviewer checks your identity and each credential with the body that issued it, and may ask you for more. You are told the decision, and the reason if it is not an approval.Step 4: Publish
Write your profile: services, experience, places, consultations and fees. List it in the directory, keep it for the people you invite, or for your firm.

What AccountHouse checks
Who they are
A reviewer checks a professional's identity before approving them, and only approved professionals can be listed.
Their licences and memberships
Each shows as a badge only once a reviewer has checked it with the body that issued it, using that body's public register where it has one. The badge names the body and links to its register.
Their firm
A firm's registration, and any licence it holds, are checked the same way before it is shown as checked.
That it is still true
Every check is dated, and many have an end date. When one lapses, its badge comes off until it is renewed.
What AccountHouse does not check
- The quality of anyone's advice, their fees, or the results of working with them.
- What professionals write about themselves. Profiles mark their past roles, education and memberships as their own words.
A badge records a check made on a date. It is not a rating or a recommendation.
Checks with an end date need renewing: you are emailed 30 days and 7 days before one lapses, and renew it on your application to keep the badge.
Your workspace
Requests and clients
Answer requests, invite households, and see each client's status, what they share and until when.
What each client shares
Read-only, after you confirm it is you with a second factor. Downloads only if the household allows them, and every look is recorded for them.
Notes, meetings and messages
Private or team notes, recommendations a client can answer, meeting requests with calendar files, and conversations.
Planning
Investment, mortgage, debt, retirement, savings, cash flow, property and insurance scenarios, started from what a client shares and shared with them when you choose.
Forms and questionnaires
Registration forms for new clients and questionnaires for existing ones.
Insights and your firm
How often your profile is seen and shown in searches, by day — never who looked. For firms: colleagues, roles, assignments and a compliance view without clients' figures.
How the directory orders results
Only professionals AccountHouse has verified, and who have published a profile, are listed. Among investment advisors, insurance advisors, mortgage advisors and wealth managers, whose work needs a licence, those with a licence AccountHouse has checked come first, and a filter for one of those kinds shows only them.
Within that, the order follows how well a profile matches what was searched for, where they work, the credentials AccountHouse has checked, their experience, how complete the profile is, whether they are taking new clients and how they meet, how promptly they answer requests, and their clients' reviews. There is no paid placement. New listings are lifted for a short time, and professionals with near-identical matches take turns at the top.
Reviews count only once a professional has five, and then as an average pulled towards the directory's overall average, so a few reviews count for less. With fewer than five, or where a regulator restricts reviews, a professional is ordered as if their reviews were average. “Highest average rating” is an order you can choose.
The order is not a rating or a recommendation: compare profiles and choose for yourself.
What you agree to
Your advice and your fees are yours, and so is the responsibility for them: AccountHouse provides the technology only, and does not set, collect or receive fees. Households see the past roles, education and memberships you add marked as your own words, and only the checks AccountHouse has made as badges.
Apply to join AccountHouse Advisors.
You need your identity document and the licences and memberships you hold. A reviewer checks them, and you hear back by email.
AccountHouse provides the technology only. It does not give financial, investment, tax, insurance, mortgage or legal advice: any advice comes from the professional you choose.
